Deepest and brightest aren't going to be together, IIRC. For most brands, if not all, the higher the Kelvin, the deeper the blue. With that being said, the higher up you go, the less brighter it becomes. So you probably will not find a win/win bulb for you. You could go 6000k, which has a slight blue tint and still remains pretty bright.

OT, is "less brighter" incorrect, just like "more brighter"?

OT answer : I believe its Less bright and More bright. not "more brighter". I believe That would be "Much brighter". Im no english major though. lol

^^

is correct. When you get very high in the kelvin it starts to turn purple and the light it emits decreases.

I'm fairly certain it's less bright and more bright (or just brighter). Anyways, the temperature is a measure of the color of the bulb. Think of it like a rainbow, at one end you have red, on the other end you have purple/ultraviolet. You can get yellow, white, blue white, blue or violet. As you go from one end to the other your effective brightness goes down as less light is actually visible to the human eye. This is why the best fog lights are yellow.
