Fun times so far and so far so good! But i think ive done all i want to the car already, power wise. Im kinda already getting bored lol.

Time to sell it and move on i think! im thinking rx8 or g35 coupe or mazda speed 3.

Ill give it a month or so though haha

 

^^going from a boosted lancer to an rx8 is a downgrade in power i think. i've beaten rx8 shinka's no problem. but a g35 coupe or a mazda speed 3 are both good options. btw, good job on the install

 

yea the rx8 is not for power...that thing handles like a beast on track days! my feind has one, and you cant beat the sound of a rotary...it's so smooth!

The g35 is my first choice...ive wanted that car since the first day it came out...at the time i couldnt afford it, but now i can...a used one though.

the MS3 is nice, but it's still a fwd with lots of power and it's fun to drive and afffordable new, and you get a lot for the price.

 

I rate the G35, the rx8 wont be good until u put time into modding it properly and a Mazda 3 speed is just not really a move up from the lancer. The G35 would be much more worthwhile

the MS3 is a huge move up form the lancer lol. Quality of parts, interior, seats, engine, ride, etc is much more advanced than the lancer! even an '08 gts.

The g35 is my dream car, and ill probably go with it, but i havent driven one before, so i dont know yet. That can change everything. Ive driven the other 2 cars though. Im impressed for the most part except the rx8's lack of power, but if i got that , it wont be for power. It's a very refind car.

G35 is awesome in everyway. but till is test drive one, i don't know what to expect.

G37 is out of the question. Just way too expensive! i can't afford that

 

id get a 350z twin turbo.....still debating what car to get if i dont build this lancer, my car sounds exactly like that with my plastic bov

 

Of the choices I'd for the G35. No point in trading in your FWD turboed car for another FWD turboed car, might as well go for something completely different.

 

I was comparing it to a 08 lancer. I test drove it and really its not that much better. If u get it, u wont be moving up much by tunability and speed. Also its a pretty ugly car IMO. Y not try a second hand 350Z or a new one if u can afford? Its a killer car.

No offense to you, but a lancer will not appreciate that much in value just because you put a turbo in it.

Obviously a very bad investment if you didn't plan on keeping the car.

 

I don't think any of us mod thinking we will increase the value of our car. No mod you can do to your car, save from dipping it in gold, will make it increase in value. Hell just driving it off the lot you lose a couple grand...
