OZ Rally conversion

I just got this OZ Rally a month or two ago which I decided to work on as much as possible because I gotta have the looks, sounds and performance of a tuner so heres a time line of pics from first mods to the final stage as of now. I think I've done pretty good job but it dont have to stop there you guys might have something else in mind that I forgot about so dont hesitate to comment good or bad =) the images might not be the best of quality but they show enough detail I hope. Also heres my garage link to view my car mods: https://www.evolutionm.net/registry/...e.php?vid=5538

After couple weeks of owning the car got rims, headlight bulbs and tints.

few days later got catback exhaust and black evo spoiler

wasnt long till I felt the need for a lil more boost and some sleek looks in the front when I got the HPS Shortram Intake and M3 Sleek Side Mirrors

lowered almost 2 inches with coilovers

it was getting close to the final stage of converting the looks of the car with a huge change in the C/F Evo Hood

as of now the oz rally in the first pic stands at the final stage of mods with Black Shadow Tail Lights and C/F Evo Antenna Bracket

well thats all that came into my head as far as looks goes on the outside without messing with it too much, I love the way it is now got a good black and white theme to it and I'm happy

Thumbs up

That's a nice oz man! I'm planning to fix mine too. I'll post some pics later but right now all i got is an aem air cold intake, greddy evo2 catback exhaust, two tone oem lancer leather seats (black/yellow), stock rims. pretty much that's it.

PM ME IF THERE'S ANY MEETING THIS WEEKEND! THANKS!

I don't like your tails. You should have just tinted your stocks ones. And some black headlights would go along with your color scheme. But overall it looks good...now boost it

I thought the tails matched with the overall black and white tone of the car than the stock red ones thats why i got it but ya my next upgrades r definitely boosting up the horsepower. no more on the exterior looks for now.

I think the tails match the car well. The chrome rings match the polished lips and the black matches the black accents on the car.

u mean wingless or different wing? also u guys think getting bolt on factory built pipes with the cat converter down to a titanium muffler was a bad idea? the guys said its the same thing as an original catback but after driving it doesnt sound or feel the same than cars with original catbacks that ive seen and im wondering if i should replace mine for an original catback

So basically stock save for the muffler? Read the FAQ in my sig, unless you plan on turboing the car, don't put any money into the motor. Only things I don't like are wing (I'd paint match it if it was my car), the taillights (I'm partial to the evo 7 style) and the grill (a ralliart grill would look really good) but other than those minor things, it looks good.

If you were going with black and white combo, heres some opinions I have. Get a carbon fiber trunk and paint the side posts of the wing white. Black out your headlights and pick up some carbon fiber reflectors from RRM or paint yours black. Im not a huge fan of those tails either. I had them on my car and sold them got got the evo VII's. Here is a pic of my car, Maybe it will give you some ideas.. I was going with red/black rather then white black but this is the idea. I even pulled it together with the front bumper. My wing is all CF thats why I didnt paint the sides. I plan to paint my roof black this spring.

wow, that's really impressive as far as looks! I have an OZ-Rally and an Evo so I can relate to the desire to bring my OZ up to snuff as well.

The hood had to be the most dramatic transformation.

About how much did all those things run you?

very nice oz mitsu. i was told about that idea of putting carbon fiber trunk and then painting the whole wing white already when it was being installed and now that i have a visual from ur car it does seem very good idea so while im saving for the cf trunk u think i should paint the whole wing or sides of the wing white for now?
