Alright, so we've all discussed how the current tails on the Lancer/Evo X are way too lame with the pink tint over the reverse lights... but are any new ones being made yet, or is anyone doing anything about them besides smoking them or blacking them out? I was browsing around YouTube cuz I wanted to hear that song from the commercial with the IX and X and found this other commercial (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o9vBU...eature=related). It's for a European Lancer, I think, and at around the 18 second mark and then again at the end, it shows some very different taillights from the ones we know and loathe. Did some more searching for images of it but couldn't find any like that, only more of the red ones. Coulda been a pre-production thing, but I thought they looked pretty cool. Anybody know if we'll ever be able to get rid of the pink without blackin' 'em out?

 

I thought those were USDM Lancer RA tails?

 

Yeah, I read in the Ralliart forums that someone had seen something like this on the RA at the Chicago or something Auto Show. If that's the case we could probably change them out. The one in the video is definitely just a Lancer though.

yea those tails are for the RA. i'm sure soon after the RA is out those tails will be available from aftermarket retailers and i would think u could just replace the pink ones with those

 

i rather wait for the one this one company is suppose to be making...i heard they are going to look like the tails on the evo X concept..supposally they are the head and tailights from the concept..definitly waiting for those..

 

the european version gets the turbo diesel 2.0 liter. i think thats their ralliart over there. i like the tails too its pretty nice.
