How long did it take him to ship out those lights? Ever get in contact with him?

 

Getting the lights shipped wasn't a problem, but when I told them about the defect they said there was nothing they could do

So they're not real big on customer support...

I hope nothing is wrong with mine. I ordered just the Cedias and had some questions about shipping and he responded within two days.

BBB is not going to do much, especially if they are not a member....

 

I think i'm just gonna open em up and do it myself... the company is based
in taiwan anyways so I don't think the BBB would do anything.

The guy told me they had a warehouse in Alabama. If they really can't do anything for you make sure you give them some feedback on there website or on ebay to inform the next guy. If my lights arent up to par I sure am!
