no, i love MY mitsu. i just hate everything else mitsu makes, and i don't care for them as a company. other than the EVO, they don't make anything worth driving.

 

reading comprehension owns you... you missed every point i made in that post and went str8 to mitsu love, and damn anyone who thinks differently. i simply stated a fact. Mitsubishi is not a good company. Everybody knows this. they make ONE good car. The EVO. The rest of their lineup is junk. Their service is horrible. Everyone knows this. it's not bashing, it's truth. To tell me to sell my EVO for a civic is just stupid. That would be a big downgrade. now if you were to sell your lancer for a civic, that would be possibly the smartest move you've made in years. If honda/acura made something comparable to the EVO, i'd be driving it right now because i know it would be a better car. it would have better build quality, more standard features, higher quality materials, 100x better service, higher resale value, and greater reliability. It's not my fault that mitsu makes a substandard product. don't get mad at me because i recognize mitsu for what it is: The Dodge of Japan. as evidenced by their alliances. why is it that mitsu is, and has been for years on the verge of going belly up? it's not because of their award winning cars, or amazing service. it's just the opposite. their cars and service suck.

no **** sherlock. that's why it says Lancer Evolution on the trunk. that doesn't make your car any better. it's still a POS after thought. the new lancer is a good car... anything before the new body style is a POS. mitsu makes terrible cars, and has horrible service. it's not like i'm saying something that everybody in here doesn't already know. i honestly don't see how anybody can argue with that.

 

sparky you are just a passing amusement at this point. The fact that your keep coming back to the LANCER forums speaks volumes about you. In fact you are doing one valuable thing, you are uniting Lancer owners, we are now united not only in our chosen vehicle but also in not liking you. So go back to your large car loan and high insurance payments and leave us to move on with our conversations. Thats a good little boy now, run along.

 

My 2002 lancer has 93,000+ miles and not a single problem. It's only been in for 1 service at the dealer (timing belt) and they had it done in 1 day.
