my lancer has like 170k miles on it and no problems lol, one change of the timing belt thats it

so what if your car is faster than ours we dont care
we all take pride in our lancers and the way we build them
we each got a unique taste which carries over into the way we build our cars
so STFU and move on cause no matter how much you say lancers suck
we have proven them to be reliable cars
BTW mine has 92k and NO PROBLEMS
still runs like i drove it off the lot

 

lol that's the stupidest insult i've ever heard. my huge car loan, and high insurance payments? well i guess it would be a huge car loan to somebody driving a lancer, and i guess my insurance payments would also seem high to somebody driving a lancer. but to me, they actually seem pretty low. weird and i'm uniting lancer owners against the evil that is myself hahaha do you even read this stuff before you type it? and honestly...are you serious?? lol if so, dude, cut the umbilical cord attatched to your hard drive and go outside for a little while. there's something going on out there called "life." you should give it a shot lol

Now I'm not sure if this has been asked yet. But how's the stability? Is the wing sagging?

Also, I've always worried about friends or whom ever closing my trunk, most stupidly grab the wing to close it. Ever have any troubles with this kind of stuff?

lol i just walked out of my office just to check mine jaja,
i changed my oz wing to evo wing, stock one didnt come with a brake light
an theres no wires or anytihng 4 one?? I dont have one on the back window either!

 

EVO wings don't have brake lights. there's a third brake light on the rear dash, but none on the wing. the wing is there for aerodynamics, not brake light visibility.

 

Do we really need 3 brake lights or am i missing something?

 

koo man im aware of that, i just thought it was wierd theese other oz had 3rd brake light and mine didnt lol but wutever its not like i really need or want one...

 

hey charlie for what i have seen and heard for the most part on the main point of this thread is that the Lancer has a third light in the window
but about 90% of the OZ editions had it on the wing
so if you have an OZ most likely it was on your stock wing

and as for stability i have not seen Any problems whatsoever
i sit on my trunk and smoke a cig with my feet on the center part
very stable no sagging at all

 

i believe its illegal in some parts. not sure tho.

 

yea in california you have to have a third brake light
