Looks like a stock Cedia bumper. It is basically the same as a stock USDM Lancer bumper... but a shortie version of it. This one appears to have an aftermarket lip on it instead of an OZ-Rally lip.

A friend of mine knows this guy in japan and he sent him the pic. So he told me about it and i just saved(the pic) and bought it from him.
