Hey guys,I'm new to the forum.

So i decided to start another build/mod thread

btw: i felt in love with the lancer oz so much when i first got it that i decided to buy an evo but when we did all the paper work the payment came to $650 a month plus insurance...so i just decided to keep the oz and just do a few twicks to it.hope you guys wont hate me for that

anyways back on topic,so far all i have done has just been the cold/air intake,window tints 20% and my beautiful 10K's HID's lol

Not to mention im planning on painting the headlights black on saturday and tomorrow i will be meeting a guy to see if in what conditions is his Evo 8 spoiler,if its in perfect conditions like he said i'll be buying it off of him for 100 bucks

Problem is im still debating wheather it will look good on it or not.?Atleast till i can get the Evo 8 Extreme bodykit.

Nice looking car, it would be better if you go wingless and paint your rims flat black.
The headlight housings look so much better painted.

Hey bro thanks for the welcome...well the car already has the oz stock spoiler,but i just love the Evo 8 wing,and it actually looks pretty cool with the oz edition lancer.But lets see what happens.Thanks for the adviced though

Evo Wing = Bad Idea in my opinion. They just don't look good on regular lancers.The reason they flow so well with Evos is because they're designed to... that's just my opinion though... A normal OZ Wing looks good to me

I like the HID's though, that's a good start.

 

hey guys,once again!sorry i havent reply in a while its just i've been real busy all this time.I have thought been reading alot of the post in here though anyways to make a long story short,i got into a car accident about 2 weeks ago,instead of hitting a truck that invaded both sides of the street i just drove into the side of the street,and into a ditch...my right hand side lower control arm was bent,the axle was scratch so the insurance will replace it aswell and my radiator support was also pushed back a little,along with a few minor things .and a teh front bumper who was broken where the screws goes with the fender and was also cracked in the right side of the lip a bit.

Sad thing is that the accident happen a few days after i had gotten the car back from the body shop.I had just put the Evo Spoiler on the car and painted the grill and the middle of the front bumper lip black,Vortex Spoiler and the 3 in shorty antenna. But enough said here is two pics of how the car looked after i got it from the shop.Oh i also forgot to mention that the guy at the shop also blacked out my taillights,with black clear coat of paint.

My plans so far are buying the EVO7 Front Bumper,The JDM Fornt Grill and the Black Ceida Headlights as replacement parts

But i would like to hear some of your opinions.

I love my extreme Evo kit. I highly recommend it. As for the Evo spoiler on a regular Lancer, I know the OZ spoiler looks good, but would you rather see the Auto Zone metal spoiler on a Lancer or the Evo one?

 

You have a point there.Plus to be honest i love the evo spoiler on the oz than the original oz spoiler on the car.And when you get the vortex spoiler on it,it makes it look 10x better.But thats just my opinion.

btw do you have any up-close pics of your car with the kit on it?
