you do not need to remove the tire, instead turn the wheels hard left. Then all you have to do is just remove the plastic splash guards up front on the drivers side.

did anyone elses service engine soon light come on when they first started the car after the install? I think it was becuase i removed the battery and forgot to put the censor back in lol..
well i put the censor back in and it was still on, drove around the block and then turned the car off.. waited 20 min, turned the car on again and the service engine light was OFF, it stayed off... should i go to a shop and have them reset my ECU? oh yea, the battery was upside down and let me tell you that **** BURNS.. my arms were on fire!!! haha, sucks... i thought it was engine coolant.

after u install the the CAI you have to connect the battery again, start the engine, then leave it idle for 20 minutes. dont drive it or even shift out of park. just leave it for 20 mins, the check engine shouldnt come on.

damn, 50 dollars to look at a car. just disconnect the negative, reconnect it in 5 mins. turn engine one and leave it for 20 mins. save urself time and money dude. as for the splash guard, just rescrew it. 50 bucks could buy you good spark plugs, or be put towards a test pipe.

i dont think u understand how impossible it is to put that crap back in on the drivers side... ive been trying to rescrew it for an hour.. the plastic screws will NOT go in the holes lol... as for the shop, i just want a mechanic to look at it and see if everything is good so i dont F it up in the longrun
