imo, rice. most people try to get rid of their front one, so why add a license plate on for looks? but hey, whatever u like, go for it

that's sad to hear.. i'd like to kno how chrome rims on a lancer make it rice... i can't really think of ricey rims unless they're smaller than 15" and actually aftermarket =P.
honestly... what does chrome have to do w/ rice? did u carve got rice into them?
