Debadging Trunk- what type of goo-gone?

OK
I recently debadged my lancer es trunk... I didn't manage to get all the sticky gunk off that holds the emblems to the trunk. Everyone tells me that goo-gone is the best. Well I go to Walmart to get this infamous goo-gone and there is like 4 different types. ALL WHICH SAY "used to clean/remove paint"!!! And everyone says this is ok for your clear coat? Please tell me which type of stuff to use that will absolutely not even affect your clear coat... thanks

Jason

the goo gone i used is in a small, clear bottle. its in liquid form and is transparent yellow in color. the label reads 'goo gone: pro-power".. "eliminates greasy sticky problems".. thats as far as i could help.. it should cost no more than 5 bucks

Goo-Gone All purpose cleaner (arts anf crafts mess clean up). Paint and clear coat are fine. I found that heating the glue then letting the goo gone sit for a few minutes helped to take it off. hope this helps....
