Selfdestructing Lancer :(
Selfdestructing Lancer :(
Hello to all. Just 2 months ago I became an owner of a long waited Lancer Sportback. After a month of driving after a carwash, I found that the end of my sideskirts, and parts of rear dors and wheel wings, have skratches acured by small rocks thrown from front wheel. Do not think that this is normal as the original mud guards are installed. More to that, have never done fast driving yet, or driven on gravel roads. Red on the forum about the Rally Armor mud flaps, that they are the best to prevent it in future. Which ones shall fit my Sportback, or they are only for EVO? Can you please express your experience in regard of this? What shall I do???
Hi folks. Yea, I hate the chippin' so I want to do all possible to prevent it. More to that, my rally type driving is in past, so now I preffer the look and street style... but sometimes fast
So my biggest hope is mud guards.
Anyway, attached are 2 pics disturbing me.
Drew_FL: Thanks for compliments! By the way, this one is eaven not a GTS. God knows the real production name, but it is sold here as "Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback 1,8 CVT Instyle". Here the engine is 1,8L with 6 speed automatic Variator.
