do u guys think that it would be bad if i just ordered progress springs instead of getting springs and shocks.....i keep seeing cars that have just the springs and they look awsome i just dont want to mess anything up.....what do u guys think?

 

The progress springs lower your car just enough not to kill your stock shocks. That is what I will be getting. I don't think any problems so far.

 

just have springs on for now...hope to get the full coilover from tein..but thats a far future away...are the tociko or any struts available yet?

Is there a big difference between the ride of the progress springs and the eibach springs? I think ive settled w/ the eibach's but im jus wondering jus incase...

 

also why do some peoples cars on here with just springs look like ****.....they dont even look lower at all, and some peoples look fugin nice as hell.......any explainations?

 

should be different drop amounts. some start off at 1.2 inch drop and go all the way down to (i should say) 1.9 inch drop. just depends on the company you go with.

 

I think the eibachs drop just a tad farther, but have a firmer ride.

As for different drops looking good/bad, you have to take the wheel/tire combo into consideration. Big rubber (like on stock wheels) makes a drop look less significant.

 

well, i have tein springs.. they are nice but the ride is ok ... you would be much better off spending the 800 bucks to get the coilover kit. even though its not adjustable but handles like a dream, i got my tein springs shipped for 120.. you can get them off ebay i saw some guy selling them brand new for like 90 shipped
