I just made my parking lights white and I haven't got in any trouble yet for them. But I did have both front and rear turn signals white with them blue tint and they didn't like those at all. They told me to change the rear ones only but that is only because they didn't see the front ones. So I just changed the rear turn back to amber, which really really sucks. I hate the way they look. I didn't get fined though but got a written warning. The cop did say that both red and blue lights were a big no no and said there are big fines for haveing them.

 

hey, i just painted my headlights black and the damn turning signal on the actual headlight doesnt go on on neither side. i think i burned them, cuz i reconnected everything back the way it was. has this happened to anyone here?

 

i talked to a buddy of mine tonight at work (he's a cop) and he said that if it is like he imagines that it would be like that it would be a definate NO. Not legal, sorry it took me so long to get back, and for the bad news.

 

it's legal as long as you dont have em on while on the street. that's what i heard at least.

 

just think of it this way...everythin is legal till you get caught

 

Like I said, I'm not sure what he's planning, but if it is what my cop friend imagines, then it's not legal. If it is not what he imagines it would be like, then it may be legal.... I not the one planning it, just the one passing the info.
