How much would it cost me to get my windows tinted in my lancer?? also what % should i do?? 20-30%??

Mine was $150 for the windows and another $80 for the windshield. 5% all the way (it may be a lil too dark for some ppl tho).

Haha no, the lowest they would go is 50% so that's what I got. 5% is suicide!

 

I got 15% on the sides, 10% on the back and it ran me $120. What % tint you get it up to you... look around and see what you like!

100->150 should be about right for complete tinting IMO. Also check the laws of your state of living to make sure you know the legal limits of tinting (my brother got 2% tint on rear window, back sides and 15% on the front sides and a strip om the top, got a ticket from a cop for the 2% tinting).

Question: Since the OZ rally has "Stock" tinting, do places charge a "removal" fee for removing that stuff before re-tinting?

 

Answer: Yes. The dude I may be going to is going to charge me an extra $50 to have it removed, but you may find someone who'll do it for free.

The stock tinting that my OZ came with was only the stuff that was baked into the glass, therefore nothing to remove before tinting. Any other tint was added on as a dealer option that they would have charged you a fortune for.

The average tinting price is usually about $140-150.

 

anyhting darker than 15% in front will be too dark and obstruct vision at night. when i used to like in the philly area i know they were very strict on tint but i dont know about the pitt area, check with local tinters and coppers

 

i like 35% because first its legal and second 15% is to dark imo

 

iv go t 5% all the way around and i love it there pics in the registry take a look i think i payed 150 for mine and i got the front window done for free
