Fender bender

I was comming out of a wal mart parking lot when this old lady backed out and it my car my fender is all ****ed up and the guy at the bodyshop said it is going to cost $800 to fix i think that is bull**** it just one fender and i have to pay for it cause she left the parking lot when i went to call the cops

Sorry to hear that man. But you can claim to the insurance for hit and run. I believe you have to pay the deductalbe. The fender is aluminum, that's why it costs a lot to fix.

Man that sucks...to think a little old lady did that...man there should be a new law against old people driving. i think after 50 you should have to go every year to get you license renewed..also shame on the body shop for trying to charge that much...could you find the old lady by her car?? or did she drive a cadillac?? like all the other old farts..lol

umhum, old people are a hazard to my driving experience. I got hit but some old lady too backing out of a parking space. bastard. Anyhow, did you tell your insurance people that it was a hit and run? your shouldnt have to pay 800, like turbo4g63 said you should just pay that deductable and be on your merry way. UNLESS your deductable is $1000 like many do to get cheaper monthly insurance.

800?? the dealer didn't even charge me that much for this van that crashed into my bumper, there was only a few scratches and my exhaust was bent. it was 800 for repairing the rear bumper and exhaust though, not replacing.
