Obviously this mod is kind of dumb...you got to flip flop it by takin out door latches lol.. i did the...well was going to but im going for a better trunk mod than this. its pointless jus makes ur trunk rattle more and makes more work for u when u wanna flip it... jus my thought. if u want a diy email me/.

 

thats wonderful for you itscypha but i enjoy this mod and it serves the exact pupose I want it to at shows.....so what can i say other than it meets my needs.

anyway the mod looks cool, but it wiuld be even cooler if it opened up straight instead of flopping everywhere.

 

plus if you ever plan to add a satelite radio in your car, you can forget about that cuz that antenna is suppost to go on your trunk and with that it cant....

 

no it doenst go on the trunk lol, whoever told u that is a dumbass lol, i used to install them and they can go anywhere u want on the outside of the vehicle, especially sunroofs, etc. Usually they get stuck to the glass

 

well i have a sirius radio and dont call me a dumbass, my radio antenna cant stick to glass cuz it has a magnet, and i dont see how you would put it on your roof without wires showing, maybe you can explain your theory better....

 

well ya sunroof yes, but as i see it most lancers dont come with those...

 

the flip flop trunk would hide any dynamat you have done to the trunk lid
that would be the only reason i am going to do it eventually
