Installed my B&M Short Shifter today. Install took 1 hour. Used instructions off the first page. Didn't need to do any cutting or modding to shifter assembly. (The instructions are EVO specific, don't bother with ordering the piece they talk about or having to cut stock piece in half)

I took a few pics before and after. The angle is somewhat off, but you can see the dramatic decrease in travel. Both pics are in 5th gear.

What other mod for under $150 can you truly enjoy every time you drive? Every shift feels lightning quick and very precise.
