Name this part! PLEASE!

http://members.rogers.com/eric-liu/fun/evo_vii_wrc.jpg

Between the front headlights in front of the mesh grill is a black strip that sits almost flush with the hood. What is it? Where can i get one of those at?

Thanks,
mechtn

Thats probably something to just stop the engine from getting splattered with mud and such and still allow for the hood to be opened without any difficulties.
