Exclamation Looking for a lancer lowered using Tein Basic Damper Kit

I am looking for lancer that is lowered using the Tein Basic Damper Kit because I am thinking of buying them. I just want to see how low it can go and I also want to know how good the ride is. Pics would be helpful and thanks for the help!

I meant to say that I wanted to see how low it can go because I have the tein s-tech lowering springs and I wanted to go lower so I want to see how it would look if it was dropped all the way. Do you have any pics?

Why do I see this question so much?

They are height adjustable. They go as low or high as you want.
If you set them as low as the coilovers will go, I think they don't even fit on the car.

Know what you're buying. Know the difference between a spring and a coilover.

That really is the point. Not to mention ride height needs to be for function first. If you have a 1/2 less gap, how many more girls will follow you home?

I didn't need a lecture between the difference of a spring and a coilover. I just asked how the ride from people that owned one and wanted see the pics of lancers dropped all the way with the tein basic coilovers. The flaming was unnecessary and maybe next time you should think before you speak! Ok if they don't even fit on the car, then why did they make them? How dumb can you be?

Maybe you should actually do some research on your own before acting like a dink. As I said, search, plenty of members have those coilovers and have posted reviews and pictures. Tein's website has pictures of the coilovers on a lancer and tells you how low you can go. What Doug meant is that you lower the coilovers so much that the car would be scraping on the ground and the wheels wouldn't fit.

Yeah, you told me that already. I already researched and checked the tein website. I just didn't like what he said! Well you should keep your boy in check cause he came at me in wrong way. All I just asked was simple questions and just needed some quick answers. I didn't need any smart *** questions. If he doesn't have nothing nice to say, then he shouldn't say it at all!

came at you all wrong? this is the interweb. no need to get all butthurt about it. He let you know exactly what I was thinking from your posts... who cares how low it will go.. At some point the lower you go the more it actually hurts handling. If you want to drag the cars *** on the ground go get some airbag suspension. Theres my 2 pennies.

? What the hell is wrong with you? In case you didn't notice Doug and I don't even live in the same country so he is hardly my "boy". Secondly if you ask simple questions (ie. ones that have been asked a million times before) you will get a simple response, if you don't like that find the answer yourself like a responsible adult should be capable of considering the vast resource that is evom. Thirdly, you won't last long on this forum if you act like ghetto thug, so leave your bad attitude at the door and damn well listen to people.

PM sent, since I don't care to argue on the board.

Here's the official pics from Tein. I know you said you went there already, but maybe you didn't see them. Or maybe they'll help the next guy. Obviously this isn't "as low as you can go", but it's an idea of a good height for look/performance.
