you got to it before me. this sums it up. its a horrible idea. worse for the lancer then just slapping springs on it cause you will be much lower.

To add my 2 cents, also realize that most, if not all, of those eBay cheap parts makers are not ISO 9000/9001 certified. They have no quality control standards, and in many cases they use the same exact springs, if not entire kit, for just about all vehicles. The reason why they can sell them so cheap is because very little, if any, research and development has gone into them, so their only cost is what ever it takes them to obtain the part, advertise it on eBay, and ship it to you...oh but wait, they charge you shipping to usually...
