Yeah, I guess all the fun pulleys and belts and stuff inside the CVT is a beast. So if you grenade your tranny, you just get a new one.

Now, maybe a tranny shop could work on the CVT. I don't know. But the dealership WILL NOT.

i wonder how much it will be for a new cvt tranny..... prolly half the price of the car..

If it blows up out of warranty, it would be cheaper to do a conversion to standard than it would be for a new CVT.

Might not be possible. Sooooooo much of the car is tied into the ECU, I seriously wonder if you could even do an ECU swap and have everything work correctly.

that’s a little steep imo...
LSDs aren't cheap. $1,000+ is normal and should be expected, plus installation isn't cheap if you can't do it yourself.
