Possible rear endlink upgrade?
Just "thinking out loud" or something like that...
The rear endlink on a 2008 ES/GTS looks like this.

This is a very similar design to the front endlinks on Subaru WRXs. Anyone have any guesses on whether or not we could use these? They're length-adjustable, so you could theoretically twist them 90' to match the stockers...

I don't believe there is much to upgrade here. The lancer's stock end-links are solid metal with no bushings, so you would just be replacing it with a fancy-looking piece.
Upgrading the end-links (aka. Stabalizer links) is a good idea when the vehicle is lowered, to keep the geometry near factory specs.
Some cars have a bushing design for the end-link, so replacing a rubber end-link with a urethane end-link would create a slight noticeable difference.
