Im working on fitting this Evo VIII tower bar to my car. Its not finished so dont worry. Had to cut and bend it to clear the intake. With a little help it bolts to the firewall.

The rear bar should work with no problems. maybe a little tight (from sagging) depending on how hard you drive your car.

If he heats it up right and bends it before cooling it, it should be almost as strong. Awesome project!!! side note, anybody find out if rear evo strut bars fit on Lancer???

 

Considering they have a completely different rear suspension...prolly not. But that doesn't mean that the shock towers can't match up.

 

Its going to be rewelded to go over the manifold and then repainted. Good thing my extra paint for my car matches the bar.
