No. 8.5 will be the widest wheel we can fit without major modification to the fenders.

It has nothing to do with tires. The wheels are too wide! 8.5" max

going to wide will hurt handling... stay with 8.5" width

its not impossible 2 do but im sure ud have 2 do major modifications ( eg cut in ur fenders)

a simple rolling fenders wont do for this 1

id say like every1 says 2 stick with 8.5 max, and even with 8.5 u have 2 roll rear fenders

GEZZZU effing frogs. 9.5 on a LANCER!?!?!?! Don't think so!!!! You will ****ing mod that fender to hell and it'll barely fit. \: Even if you bought an evo 8/9, you will still need to roll the fenders for those wide wheels/tires.

I think MAX you can go on the Lancer is 8 or 8.5. \:
If i were you, i would stick with an 8.0.

It will hurt the handling. Usually a little wider is better but you don't want to go to wide especially on a stock suspension.

There's also the weight of 18 x 9.5 wheels with the appropriate tires.
