Reprogramming for tire sizes???

Hey everyone! Alright so this is the story, my last car was a 1996 Grand Am GT, i put aftermarket wheels on it and when I traded it in I kept them. I now have a 2010 Lancer ES! My question is, do you know if you can reprogram the ecu, tcm, pcm, ect for diffrent tire sizes? I have 215-35-17 in my basement but I was told I need 215-45-17, my tires have maybe 1000miles on them so im either selling them with the wheels or reprogramming. Thanks! ps. sorry its so long!
