What am i missing? and possibly a part number?

is this safe to continue driving? (i think it has been missing for a while).

thats normal for the stock one to break on the front sway bar https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/4378741-post36.html its fine to drive
when u get this its better then stock and all u need to do is use the stock spacer as the one that comes in the kit is a lil to long unless u cut it to length
