thread slip??

i was just reading the suspension 101 thread and saw something in there about "thread slip" from coilover sleeves. i just recently purchased the skunk2 coilovers and was wondering if anyone else who was running a coilover setup like the skunk2's has had any issues with thread slippage. haven't got them yet, but was wondering if this problem was a major issue.
thanks

I haven't had any problems with my Teins. There are two "nuts" on the threads, and as long as you back them tight against each other, it will take a lot to move them. It probably wouldn't hurt to check them every 10k or so to make sure, which I am doing, but mine haven't move at all yet, and the ride height has been very consistent.

I rode around with them on the "standard" setting (as per Tein instructions) for a week, then took a level and adjusted them until the control arms were prefectly level. Took it in for the alignment and left it there ever since. I am getting it realigned next month, so I will probably check the ride height before that. Keep in mind every time you adjust the ride height, you should get an alignment, so just find a height you like and THEN get the alignment done, and you're set!
