Best(bang for your buck) Winter Tires
Hey guys,
I live in the northeast and my tires are running bald. Not impressed with the dealership all-season tires, so I'm looking for the best winter tires, and/or best deal on winter tires on stock 18 inch GTS rims. Stats and/or pics would be nice. (Saw stock on rugged winter tires, looked pretty nice)

I just got a set of Continental ExtremeWinterContacts ... read a review that they perform better than the Michelin X-Ice Xi2's ... and they were a tad cheaper. Only got them on a few days ago, so can't really say how they are in the snow/ice yet, but here's the review I read:

Did you want a picture of their tread pattern, or them installed? I can snap a few tonight.
Have them on my stock 16s right now, there's also a pic of the tire on that review I posted above. You can see it has an asymmetrical tread pattern ... which reminds me. I need to check to make sure the shop dude put the tires on correctly. lol. By the time I had them installed, it was super dark out, cold, and I was hungry. :P
