As a GTS owner... you know how stiff the suspension is. You'll feel it even harder in NYC. So anyone got any suggestions? Besides getting a new car. I was thinking new softer springs. But can't find any besides lowering or performance types.

A different thought: Your shocks control your springs...softer shock is a better answer. The evo on bilsteins is a far better, more stable, and I would say "softer" ride then the std KYB thats stock on anything other then the MR (VIII) speaking. Yeah, I know you are driving a lancer--same answer applies.

I thought about 16'' wheels but then I would have to get new tires will end up costing a lot more than spring replacements. I already got new tires for the stock wheels. That cost a lot already.

I'm actually looking for something real bouncy.

^nope. RA=GTS for suspension.

It should be real easy to find someone to swap your 18" ers for 16"ers with new tires (and $).

Best/easiest way to soften the ride.
