Are there any performance computer chips available yet for the Lancer?

No and don't expect one any time soon. Mitsu ECU's are notoriously hard to crack into. Plus on a lower powered NA car like the Lancer, it'll do little to no good. You'll get by better with big buck mods and good fuel tuning.
