These sized rims

I plan on saving for these Xxr rims . They are 17inches by 7 . Would that fit the 2002 lancer ?

+35 offset . So I would need to buy 17 inch tires too ?

Yes and im pretty sure u need some 205/40R17 ...u can look up the size u need on www.tirerack.com

17x7 with 205/40 will not stretch..
i have 17x8.25 of that wheel with 205/40 and they are a light stretch (or atleast what i consider light)
