Anybody see this short shifter for the Lancer/EVO

I found this site for company called TWM Performance that makes short shifters and they have one for the USDM lancer. I was wondering if anyone on here has one of these and how they like it? If no one has seen this before, then, here is another option for a short shifter. They have a bunch of testimonials on their site where people say how great this companies shifters are. check it out!

Actually sounds like a better kit than what B&M has. I comes with everything right away. No need to make a second order for bushings and isn't as expensive. I think this will definately be my next buy.

the evo and lancer use the same shifter, so it will work.

Now that you say that about the evo and lancer I remember that all the other kits out there say that they'll work for both so I don't see why this one wouldn't. If it doesn't just send it back.

I find it somewhat interesting that it's straight.

Both my stock shifter and my Kartboy short shifter have a bend in the upper portion. I just begin to question fitment (like will the shifter be hitting the console in 5th gear and reverse?).

Otherwise, looks like a nice set.

could be a generic photo for another car and not the actual one for our car... kind looks like a honda one. also just saw in the ralliart forum works has one for 129 for a 30% reduction... and b&m has a kit with the base bushings aswell probably run you more then these kits b/c they are not as well known

i must say, the best mod i've ever done to my lancer is my TWM Short Shifter. the throw is amazing. and it makes driving twice as fun. check out the website... www.twmperformance.com. both the shifter and the shift knobs are HOT. They're heavy, but it useful. COUNTERWEIGHT! I highly suggest you guys check this company out. It'll prolly be your favorite mod on your car too. HUGE DIFFERENCE.

Gotta love the whole "it's my first post and I sound like I'm reading off a sheet the company gave me" post.

Someone has to!

Besides, it's serious BS anyways. If the best mod you've ever done is your short shifter, you haven't modded much. I'm fairly sure I'd rate my coilovers above my SS.

I noticed that the guy hasn't posted anything else.... ummmm...
My best non-engine mod has to be strut braces & stiffer anti-sway bar!
