I don't think there will be "kit" available. But with enough $$ and time you can almost achieve anything

In order to convert a FWD Lancer/Mirage (similar situation), you will have to cut the rear floor panel of the car, and swap in an AWD Lancer (GSR/EVO) floor panel & gas tank...talk about the parts and labor involved...

 

it is probably cheaper to buy an evo than convert your car to AWD, but hey knock yourslef out if you have the $$$$ and the time.

 

But... that depends .. take for example here in brasil where the labor are almost free and the results are always like art !!!
I think that a AWD conversion is mutch more recommended !!

The Value of a lancer in brasil is 50.000 U$ !!!
