2008 CVT vs 2013 CVT Manual mode
Hi,
i am trading in my 2008 GTS for a new 2013 GT both are automatic models with the paddle shift.
one thing i spotted while doing a test drive was that there doesn't seem to be a way to lock the cvt into manual mode.
every time i stopped at a light the car would go back to Drive.
on the 2008 you could do it by moving the shifter to the side.
thanks

If your sifter does have a (+/-) range and it is behaving the way you mentioned while it has (+/-) selected, then you do have a problem that would need to be handled by the dealer.
