ok, i see the problem here. lookslikeanevo, mad props and love man. My question is, how does someone who has a question about the after effects of grounding on an OZ, name the thread "i now have a low idle". No wonder searching is getting more and more useless. I swear i searched forever in the US Lancer Forums under "grounding", "grounding + kits", "ground + wires", "ground + wire + kits", "grounding + kits", "grounding + OZ"... and more...
Isnt it the moderators job to make sure threads have correct titles and are filed in the correct categories?

we're not exactly sure what the moderators are for..... except outright closing threads for no reason and threatening to disable people's accounts, again, for no good reason.
If the ECU resest doesn't work, then next thing to do is remove the grounding kit and see if the idle is fixed. Sometimes I notice someting that's always been the way it is and think it's a problem. case in point: after the headswap I was listening for anything that might sound "weird" and I noticed that the injectors were really loud (and that was after the lift adjusters had filled with oil).... then wife said, no- that's the way they always are.
So, maybe the idle isn't bad, you're just now noticing that your idle is erratic, or whatever.
Also, do you have a RRM piggyback? They've been giving people who live in non-southern-cali climates fits because of the temperature increase..... of course, the ECU reset will fix that, too.
