engine is laggin
duh cuz your not shifting before or after.... does that not seem obvious to you yet.. lol sorry a lil tough love there.
get someone to teach you to drive stick someone who has driven at least 2 years on stick and know how to do it smoothly.
it took me 30 mins with a great driver.. walk me though litterally step by freagin step i felt like a 2 year old for 10 mins.. but after that BAM! dont' be scared of you car reving! oh side note... seat position makes a huge difference in how the car feel and how you shift find a position that feels perfect for you ...

ok heres the dilly yo. it happened when goin thru 2k RPM's in first. and in some gear when i shifted from 4th - 5th for example i shift around 45-50mph when i shift at that speed the rpm's drop around 2k RPM's see i really dont agree with shifting at 4.5 in first i do shift around... 3 or 3.5 rpms. u know i was just f'in with ya when i said kiss my ... i couldnt resist i saw u moonin me and thought it would b funny sorry
The reason we say you're shifting too early is because you never make the meat of your powerband, much less the peaks.
Peak torque is 130lbs/ft at 4,500rpms and HP is 120 at 5,500 so you're essentially driving a 80hp or so 120hp car.

im not tring to go fast or anything like that im just driving. i really dont care if im using my full power. its not like im on a drag strip. ever since i got my ticket the fastest i go is umm 70mph
(on 55mph)
(on 55mph)
Higher RPMs do not mean higher speeds. 80mph is 80mph whether you're redlining 3rd, at 5k in 4th or at 3k in third. Available torque makes avoidance and rapid acceleration easier. You know the shifting comments were just suggestions, not cuts at your manhood, right?
