Ok, Drew, the silver metal piece covers the ECU, but thats not what you're looking for. Look at the bottom of that picture. See those black plastic tabs? That's the piece you're looking for. Just pull it straight forward.
Well, we troubleshooted his electrical problems over AIM last night. Turns out it was a dead battery

good to hear its fixed. and if you havent gotten to your ecu still, look at the picture, the metal piece that has J0 on it covers the ecu, so you need to get to that exact spot but under the dash. so now look at the gold colored bolt and washer where your glove compartment was, stright down from that are the 2 black plastic clips, they are on the same cover that covers the ecu wires. pull it towards you and it should pop/slide off.
