Idle Problem

I have a 02 OZ, and this was my first time doing anything to a car. I put on a KN typhoon short ram intake. Everything went fine I did it myself and followed their instruction sheet exactly. However, when I started the car up it was not idling smooth. I was low on gas so I took it to fill it up. Right after i filled it, I turned the car on and it could not idle. I began to hold the car at 1000 rpms and it seemed like the problem went away. But now every time i put it into park it idles really low for a couple seconds and then shoots up to 1000 before it corrects itself. It has not shut off since, but I do want to know if anyone knows why it would seem to struggle when I go from drive to park and I can do anything to fix it? I’m guessing it has something to with the throttle line since that was moved when I was changing intakes.

that should be your problem then you did reset your ecu (disconnect the battery) so now its reset, your ecu is re-learning how you drive and stuff so for about a day your car will idle a little weird but it should be fine
