Heres something wierd...im driving along, go to a friends house, friend tells me a tail lights out. i say, "oh damn already, cars new" and think nothing of it, go out and buy new bulbs. today i went to put the bulb in and i find out that theres nothing wrong with the bulb...its on, but its on VERY VERY dim, to the point where you can only see it when you open up the tail light and look at the bulb. i tried both of the new bulbs i bought and im getting the same. any ideas? its odd, i thought i could just change the bulb and be fine, but this is a problem. brake light works fine, its just the tail that stays on thats not bright.

 

oh yea, i just installed a new head unit in case that has something to do with it...although i dont understand what.

 

Take it to the dealer that is under bumper to bumper.

 

Check your fuses. Try replacing some the fuses for your back lights.

 

i dont have the time for at least a week or two to leave the car at the dealer, so im wondering if its something little five minute thing that i could do instead of leaving it at the dealer for hours and hours, that would be great.
