your rear brakes could just need to be adjusted.

Sorry. not trying to jack your thread lucentex, just trying to keep from making a whole new thread for this when were already talking about e-brakes

i checked my e-brake just now and i can only pull it back 9 clicks before it is too hard to pull anymore. and that is usually how hard i pull it for parking purposes since i drive a manual tranny. what is the correct adjustment? i thought it was supposed to be like 13 clicks so it surprised me to only get 9 out of it.
