K&N Air Filter
I just installed my K&N Typhoon intake, and now the car is being jumpy and almost dying, almost as if there is no filter at all, I have noclue what to do, I tihnk there might be a leak around the MAF sensor, but I'm unsure, because I tightened the screw beyond belief.
how long have you had the car idling for?
When I used to reset my ecu, it'd take a while before the rpm would settle.
Drive it around for a few clicks and see what happens.
Have you damaged the honeycomb looking thing at all during installation?

When I have it in park, the rpm go down, and my headlight look like they are about to shut off, and the first time, the car turned off. I never damaged it, and I've been driving it, and it's been alright, until I just got to work, and my car started up again
Your problem is the typhoon system. Its the worst intake you can put on an evo or a lancer. A k&N filter is perfectely fine, but the intake tube(typhoon) is a piece of junk. Take it off and just use a drop in filter in your stock air box and your car will run like its suppose to PERIOD!
