i think my power steering pump crapped out on me. i know for a fact that my belts are new and i have no leaks what-so-ever so the only reason i can think of is the pump. is this a normal problem for the lancer? and how hard is it to replace if i were to do it on my own?

 

Sorry to hear it...but **** happens. Not hard to replace, but sourcing the unit itself for cheaper than dealership is the hard part.

 

are there any parts store out there i can try that will have it cheaper than the stealership? what price range am i looking at?
