bad fuel injector???
ok changing spark plugs turned into timing belt slipping a few notches and a fuel injector going bad according to the mechanic the timing belt was replaced and the tensioner too and after that they decided it was the fuel injector my question is how can i test to make sure its actually the injector not the connector to it or even the wire to the injector with out alot of work i took the injectors out and "cleaned" them the best i could with out using a flow bench and (carb cleaner and a tooth brush with soaking the tips in the cleaner for a while) after re inserting the fuel rail and all the car started much better then continued the same chugging and failure to not stay started any way i can test my self using a multi meter or something of the sort or.... if anyone lives in phoenix area any known good mechanics in the east side that can test my injectors if i took them in to make sure they are actually good or bad on a flow bench any help would be greatly appreciated this car has already cost me $600 at a really bad time and it was just supposed to be a spark plug change so im in a bad spot and need my car badly to work here are all symptoms:
hard to start
if it does start it chugs and bucks really violently
dies easily
cant keep at any sort of idle
and the symptoms actually got worse after the timing belt change before i could at least keep it running by occasional revs (i even drove it 300ft to the mechanic) now it wont even stay started for me to even test the injectors in the car
specifically the #3 piston was the one with the "faulty" fuel injector now i think i put it on #2 because that was the one with the slightly worn o ring gasket and now its leaking small amounts of fuel from the rail
this is pretty much all info i have besides its a 02 es model all stock parts nothing special as of yet

you'll need to use the noid light to test the injector signal from the computer or you can use a test light too. there is only 2 wires to each injector. one is 12volts and the other one is ground and that is the signal computer provide. you can also use a DVOM to ohm all your injectors and they should be no more then a couple ohms from each other.
ya sorry about the no punctuation that one and this post are in a rush ( right now i have a research paper due in about an hour and i haunt done a thing
damn my car for breaking) but ya i also called another shop that i saw a bulletin on the board at work from and the guy said the same thing he said it doesn't seem like your injectors he said the symptoms sound like something way different so im taking it to another place after i ohm test the injectors and light test the connector if they test out good then im taking it to the shop but i did have another ?....
when i pulled the injectors i saw that 2 of the 4 o rings where slightly worn and when i put it back together one that was worn started leaking so theres another problem (great fun!!) my question is can i replace those it seems they can come off and be replaced but im not about to pull it off just to find out that i completely destroyed the injector by doing so its only about 3/8" in diameter and im sure if a parts place doesn't sell it i can go to a hardware store and find them is this a workable solution for the o rings??

Best replacement is the factory replacement! Shouldn't be much $$$. You don't want fuel leaks, or your car will end up looking that some of those toasted cars I saw on the online insurance auction...

shoot me a PM and i will see if i can dig 'em up out of the basement. let me know how many you need, i'll cut you a deal seeing as how i won't need all four.
