Please help me with TYC Taillights!
Dear customer,
In regards to the 2002-2003 MB Lancer tail lamps we have heard that some user have experienced the edges potentially protruding out due to the factory plastic inserts not being strong enough to hold the lamp. To better assist in this, TYC has opted to provide an enhancement kit at no additional charge that will change out the pins on the TYC lamps into a screw/bolt. The enhancement kit will be available to all existing 02-03 MB Lancer user that have purchased the TYC performance lamps that still have the pin mounting provisions on their TYC lamp. If you have this issue when purchasing the lamp please contact use via e-mail at elegante@genera.com.
When sending an e-mail please state “Enhancement parts for Lancer” as the heading, and fill out the following information for the body of the text for a quicker response.

The enhancement kit will include hardware and change-out instructions. Please allow between 2 to 3 weeks for the shipment of these kit.

I have sent a couple of detail emails to them stating the problem this morning since I got the tail lights last night & told them that it looks cool & all that. I live in Canada and no one else has it yet. It looks so cool except those corners not fitting in place
With such a quick respond to the market & by me driving around town with the superior looking TYC CF tail lights & the original Ralliart Front Grill, I am sure that TYC sales will jump in Canada. TYC products ROCK!!! I think it looks even better than the Ralliart tail lights that will come out in the fall (the Ralliart Edition of the 04 Lancer)

My tails did not fit properly either. They hang out on sides. Mine also leak water inside too. I think I payed extra for that option or something too. It seems a hassle to get money back. Apparently Calvin only does exchanges even though I ended up with a truely defective pair and I'm sick of dealing with nothing being done about my issues. He is always waiting on TYC to provide him with new ones so he can replace mine. At this point I don't want a replacemant anymore. Just my loot back so I can go elseware.
No I mean the "enhancement kits" I was holding off on selling the tails until they fixed the issue. I asked them to send me some extra so I can safely start selling them again !
