A/C Controlls..

I was changing the blower today from blowing straight ahead to blow down to my legs and something broke now. When i try to move it to windows it brings it right back to the feet wont stay at window plus whatever the option is set it still blows to the face. Thanks for the helpp

Wasn't the recall for the temperature selector?
You might want to see your dealer anyway...

when i went to for the PCM recall i asked them about the tempature recall but they said there was not one. temp works just hard to turn.. the other controller to switch the blower does not work does not change the settings... what could be wrong??

the rod that pushes and pulls the flap to select which level you want it on is bent my temp selector is lke that the only way for me to change the temp is to reach under the dash and push and pull the flap my self and i haven't tried looking in a store but i dont know where you can find that rod

take off the three nobs by pulling them off and unscrew the screws that where behind the nobs and pull off the panel you can view the whole back section that way if you look at the rod while trying to turn the nob you should see a bend in the rod right before it goes into the plastic tube that keeps it straight
