My lancer pulls to the right when I start off. Is this normal? I thinks its done it since I bought it.. I have a little over a 1k on it right now.

I think it's just torque steer. If you haven't hit any big bumps alignment shouldn't be a problem but, you can always get that checked. Since you only have 1K miles on your lancer it may be difficult to see the tire wear pattern.

If your car is new then you should take it back to the dealer and get it checked
and since its new the tires would not indicate much if there was an alignment problem.
The funny things is you notice your car pulling right from launch!?!?!
Normally every car will have a slight tendency to pull to the left side or right side depending on where you are in the world. This is so if you fall asleep driving it should steer you to the side of the road. In the case of Japan the cars are driven on the LHS so there will be a slight tendency to pull left, but you will not feel a pull like what your describing. It would be a good thing to get that checked.
Especially if your running low profile tires like me 45, and me dam tire cost so much you'll want your tires to last not look like rail wheels. If that happens change the front to the back and the back to the front they are good.

When you're saying your car dips, I'm assuming you mean the nose bobs up and down when you shift? It's probably just that your shift was a tad rough and maybe let off the clutch to fast.

nope, I have one tire that won't quite balance because I bent the rim on a curb, it torque steers, I don't mean the car bobs, I mean one tire pulls the car when I shift...
my car is MT with Intake/Exhaust and a new hood duct to get more air in the filter though, probably more torque and signif hp difference than the Standard with Auto trans

Tourqe steer
Definition: The annoying tendency of some front-wheel drive vehicles to pull to one side when engine torque is applied. In other words, you step on the gas and the car wants to steer right or left. By redesigning the power train to use equal length half shafts between the transaxle and wheels, the tendency towards torque steer can be greatly reduced. The other cure is to keep off the gas.
