Window Problem

So i roll my back passenger window down about a week ago and the ***** just shatters.Im like WTF, so i take this ***** in and they tell me its my fault, yea i had no proof but **** i just bought the car like two days before hand...so in short Mitsu told me it would cost $350 to replace it....

nope its brand new, it was at Gilman Mitsubishi in houston..

That is really bad luck. I doubt there is a way to prove that it wasnt your fault. Try to call the mitsu hotline.

how bout maybe you bring up the recall they had to do for the rear doors, had mine done only to find out that my passengers cant get out regardless of where the safety lock is set to. and I heard someone couldnt even open the rear doors at all. I dont know exactly what they gotta do back there, but its doing something to the functionality of the door, maybe they knocked it out of whack, its a possibilty

the recall was for a bar that looked like a reinforcement bar. I doubt bringing the recall up will help his case, but he has nothing to lose so go for it.

yea i could try but id rather just pay the money and get my car back, bad situation just letting everyone know that there might be something wrong with the windows..

There is definitely something wrong in their assembly line. Their quality is appalling and no excuse for that. I had another issue with back door so I'm gona let them know next time I bring it in.

They said that someone impacted it when i watched it crack my self, i couldnt prove my case so i just went on and paid for it, those bastards...
