Suspension Noise

When I turned around corners and my car sinks it makes like a weird noise. When I mean sinks I turn around the same corner every day after work which is now and the road sinks in a little on the turn. Idk how to explain it. Just like a weird noise like something in the suspension is off. Help? Again I know if I bring it in there just going to say thats how the car is supposed to be just like when I told them depending what side of the road I am on the car veers. There explanation was well you have independent suspension thats how it is supposed to be. Then why would you want independent suspension its supposed to make driving easier not harder. Thanks guys. I'm venting with all my problems?

It's like a creaking of the suspension...I know myself and a lot of others have had the same problem.

I don't know if there is a fix yet...I know one guy said he took it to the dealership and they used wd40 or something and it stopped for a few days but then came back.
But I don't think its anything to be alarmed about because it's a common problem....especially for me, since I make a similar turn everyday onto my street.

just back form the dealer and i was not the only person with this problem , they took a few lancers in for the exact same problem . It's the rubber boot/stopper on the shock that is too tigth and when it gets cold it shrinks even more causing the cracking sound . They took them off and made the hole a lil bigger and putted them back on .So far so good for me !

Man that's the worst...Having a crappy dealer can totally ruin your new car experience...You can have an amazing car but a crappy dealer and in the end you'll end up hating the car cause they won't acknowledge or fix any issues.

Before I bought my car, I actually asked to meet the mechanics and bring up some issues I found on the Net about the car and just to generally get a feel for how they're like and so far so good. *knock on wood*

Is there another dealer in your area you can bring your car to? AFAIK, you don't have to bring your car to the dealer you purchased from for warranty work.

I've got the same issues...I've noticed any issue with the lancers, most people can relate to. Im starting to have doubts about switching over to Mitsubishi, because of crap like this and the dealership not really caring about my warrenty issues.

I've been waiting for 2 months for a f@ckin replacement radio for my GTS, apparently something went wrong and they "forgot" about me. Right down to paper work with finacing and insurance they f@cked up on. They did a hack job on my tint and actually cut the rubbers in the inside of the rear windows off. I only noticed recently and plan on blasting them about it...not to mention I want a loaner. Im not going to lose my time or my car because of their mistakes.

They had no issues getting my signature to the contract, but after that they really dropped the ball.

Next im going to my sales person and then the manager I delt with to finalize the deal...Im going to let them know I've raised issues over the car and they haven't been taken care of. Not to mention if they have anything to say about that I'll remind them I paid sticker price for the car, not one cent of, just free tint, which ended up being a hack job that Im making them replace again.

And I thought Honda was the worst for customer service...lol

GTS_666 - go to a different dealership! You seem to be stuck with a crappy Service Dept. Any dealership can work on your car, not just the one you bought it from. Go somewhere better!

And don't let a few crappy employees make you hate . Any dealership you go to is going to have a few a**holes around.

Im going to talk to my sales person and the manager I dealt with, they day I picked up my car they said that if their any problems to talk to them, so Im going to do so. If nothing happens again, then I see myself looking for another dealership.

It'd be worth getting treated well, wouldn't it?

Go in on a Saturday (they're busiest day) and to talk to someone. If nobody helps you straighten things out, start to raise your voice and stuff...I'm sure they wouldn't want their other customers to see how badly you've been treated.
